Job Summary: The SOSS is a key member of Austability Bosnia and Herzegovina (AB&H) team, under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations. This position supports and undertakes a broad range of duties in relation to the functions of the Group, operational and personnel related issues.

 

Location:    Bosnia and Herzegovina

 

Duties and Responsibilities:      Assist in maintaining AB&H office operations
 Self-manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day tasks of designated Operational Support Assistants to achieve agreed standards within their allocated area of work.
 Resolve operational problems within their allocated area of work and analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
 Handle escalated issues within their allocated area of work and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly.
 Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.
 Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost- effectiveness.
 Evaluate current operational processes and recommend improvements.   Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems.
 Develop a support plan to prioritize and resolve multiple issues within their allocated area of work.
 Organize and input data into Microsoft office 365 and other platforms as required   Assists with project communication and documentation regarding status of
projects.
 Assists with management of tasks related to project completion

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities:      Swift evaluation and cyclical incident updates.
 Effective communications and strategic decision-making ability.   Knowledge of computers and software needed for the job
 Adaptable and able to juggle many office tasks at the same time.

Required Qualifications and Experience:      

Business Administration Certification or another industry-related field required.   Project Management Certification or another industry-related field required.
 At least 3+ years of industry-related experience
