Opis

The Tender Specialist is responsible for identifying, assessing, and developing new business opportunities within the U.S. Government contracting space. This role involves market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and strategic positioning to enhance the company’s chances of winning contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and track U.S. Government procurement opportunities using databases such as SAM.gov, GovWin, and FPDS.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements, funding trends, and competitor positioning.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, including teaming arrangements, pricing strategies, and win themes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams to shape opportunities and influence customer requirements before RFP release.
• Assist in the development of white papers, capability statements, and other business development materials.
• Coordinate and manage teaming discussions, NDAs, and subcontract agreements.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities and provide regular status reports to leadership.

Uslovi

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:     
•    Strong understanding of the U.S. federal procurement process, including FAR/DFARS regulations.
•    Experience with GSA Schedules, IDIQs, and other contracting vehicles.
•    Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
 

Required Qualifications and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•    3+ years of experience in government capture management or business development.
